We are looking for a Customer Care Representative (CCR)/Dispatcher who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our field technicians and office team. What You’ll Do:

As our Customer Care Representative, you will:

Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
Dispatch technicians efficiently to meet customer needs.
Communicate updates between customers and field staff.
Maintain accurate customer records and work orders.
Follow up on completed services and customer concerns.
Help keep daily operations running smoothly through organization and teamwork.
